Job summary

Awetomaton is seeking a Scrum Master to support Agile software teams in delivering high-value products. You will work with a Senior Scrum Master, Product Owners, and stakeholders to facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement.

Preferred TS/SCI clearance; sponsorship may be available. Office-based in Beavercreek, OH, with an August 2026 start date under mentorship before taking on greater team responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business/Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• CSM and/or A-CSM certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Excellent communication, organization, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove impediments for delivery teams.
• Support effective Agile practices and promote continuous improvement.
• Grow servant leadership, coaching, and Agile delivery capabilities.
• Collaborate with Senior Scrum Master, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
• Progressively assume team-level ownership with mentoring.
