Job summary

Leidos is seeking a cleared Scrum Master to support DoD missions at our Beavercreek, OH office. You will coach agile teams, facilitate ceremonies and drive continuous improvement across multiple squads in a defense-focused environment.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with Product Owners, and proven experience in systems engineering or IT/Networking contexts. A TS/SCI clearance is required to qualify for this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 4+ years of experience.
• U.S. Citizenship and active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
• Certified Scrum Master required.
• Experience as Scrum Master or Team Lead for systems engineering, IT support, or network engineering teams.
• Working knowledge of applications, databases, system design, and web-based architectures.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor teams in self-management and Scrum values.
• Lead Daily Standups for multiple teams and Scrum of Scrums.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Reviews with Product Owners.
• Partner with Product Owner on goals and iterative, data-driven solutions.
• Help teams embrace empirical approaches to complex work.
• Build a high-performing team and improve quality, predictability, and velocity.
