Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master focused on Air Force acquisition programs.
• Ability to analyze and resolve conflicts quickly.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Scrum team in Agile methodology and practices.
• Help product owner and development team achieve customer satisfaction.
• Remove impediments and coach Scrum team.
