Job summary

Concept Plus, LLC is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate agile delivery for Oracle eBusiness services on OCI platforms. You will coordinate planning, production, and daily operations across on-site and remote teams, ensuring alignment with agile and DevSecOps practices for DoD IT programs.

You will work with Government Product Owners to remove blockers, manage the backlog, and run all Scrum ceremonies, delivering transparent status through management reports and IMS coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience as Scrum Master or agile team lead on DoD or Federal IT programs.
• Facilitation of all Scrum ceremonies and backlog management with Product Owners.
• Ability to coordinate multi-location teams and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Organize planning and production for development and sustainment activities across Integrated Teams.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and maintain team rhythm and accountability.
• Collaborate with Government Product Owners to prioritize backlog and remove blockers.
