Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Senior Technical Scrum Master/Agile Coach to advance agile maturity in an operational environment. You will lead teams, coach leaders, and balance urgent operations with planned feature work.

Responsibilities include facilitating SAFe practices, coaching product owners and engineers, and removing impediments to improve delivery velocity and reliability. A TS/SCI clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in agile delivery.
3+ years as Scrum Master or agile coach.
Must have TS/SCI clearance.
Experience with Jira/Azure DevOps/Confluence.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Lead Agile product teams in a SAFe organization.
Facilitate Scrum events (planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives), PI planning.
Coach Agile Champions, product owners, and engineering teams on agile principles.
Identify and remove impediments; escalate cross-team issues when needed.
Track and communicate delivery metrics to drive improvement.
Support program leadership in release planning and system design.
