Data Intelligence, DI, based in McLean, VA, seeks a Senior Scrum Master to facilitate Agile/Scrum processes for the data parsing team, removing impediments and enforcing Scrum principles to deliver robust tooling for customer systems.

The role requires 10+ years in software/R&D environments with a Certified Scrum Master credential, strong facilitation and stakeholder communication, and the ability to mentor across teams while maintaining clearance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software/R&D environments.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required.
• Strong facilitation, metrics tracking, and stakeholder-communication skills.
• Self-driven; able to mentor and convey information across teams.
• Maintain required clearance.

About the Role: Facilitate Agile/Scrum processes for the data parsing team, removing impediments and enforcing Scrum principles so the team can deliver robust, scalable parsing tooling for ingest into customer systems.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily/weekly scrums (15-30 min stand-ups), retrospectives, and backlog grooming using tools like Jira.
• Track metrics (velocity, open/closed tickets) and remove impediments; coach the team on Agile best practices.
• Produce the Weekly Scrum Master Report and Quarterly SM Progress Reports for executive and technical stakeholders.
