Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role or leading software delivery in Agile environments.
• Experience in enterprise-level, fast-paced, high-security settings with DoD or DoW interfaces.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and drive process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) for teams.
• Drive continuous process improvement, organizational redesign, and change management.
• Define and document processes, roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics.
• Analyze current processes, identify gaps, benchmark against best practices, and assess org needs.
• Plan future state designs, change management, and transition planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document system requirements and controls.
• Oversee quality programs and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Communicate performance, defects, and QA metrics to stakeholders with clear documentation.

Day to Day:

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Scrum Master (or candidate with experience leading/managing software product delivery in Agile environments) to join us in support of a DoW Customer. Our team is functioning as the Lead Systems Integrator for a series of mission critical applications (some prototype, some operational).

Key Duties:

• Facilitate key agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring operational efficiency and team alignment.
• Provide expertise on continuous process improvement strategies, organizational redesign, change management projects, and performance measures for business process engagements.
• Define and develop business processes, policies, roles and responsibilities, and performance metrics to streamline team performance and ensure effective collaboration.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, including current state analysis, gap analysis, benchmarking, best practices identification, and organizational assessments.
• Plan and implement process improvements, including future state design, change management, and transition planning.
• Partner with cross-functional technical and business teams to define and document system requirements, such as program functions, output needs, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls.
• Provide oversight for quality programs, systems, processes, and procedures, ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and governmental regulations, while identifying opportunities for performance optimization.
• Communicate performance and quality assurance metrics, defects, and issues to stakeholders through tools, ensuring clear documentation and collaboration.

Must Haves:

• Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of experience, or Associates and 8+ years experience
• Active TSSCI Clearance
• Proven track record working as a Scrum Master for agile teams (3–5+ years) in enterprise-level, fast-paced, and high-security environments.
• Familiarity working with agile product teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Working knowledge and understanding of DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelining, or cloud hosted applications
