FedEx Supply Chain seeks a Scrum Master III to drive Agile practices and transform Scrum across the organization. You will facilitate sprint ceremonies, track velocity, and mentor teams toward self-organization. This role supports Product Owners and promotes transparency in delivery and KPIs.

With 4+ years of Agile/Scrum experience, you will lead initiatives and deliver continuous improvement across multiple teams, reporting to FSC Talent Acquisition. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant Agile/Scrum experience or applicable certifications.
• Ability to lead multiple teams and promote accountability.

Aufgaben

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more teams, leading initiatives or programs.
• Facilitate sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and stand-ups.
• Support and educate Product Owners in backlog refinement and management.
• Track velocity, sprint progress, and release milestones.
• Provide status reports on KPIs, schedules, resources, and milestones.
• Mentor less experienced Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members.
