Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain is seeking a Scrum Master III in Warrendale, PA to lead Agile practices across multiple teams. You will facilitate all Scrum events, coach Product Owners, and help drive continuous improvement while tracking velocity, milestones, and KPIs.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience or relevant Agile/Scrum certifications, with strong collaboration and communication skills to support organizational transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant experience or applicable Agile/Scrum certifications required.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills for teams and Product Owners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more teams, leading multiple initiatives or medium-scale programs.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint demos.
• Support and educate Product Owners in refining and managing backlogs.
• Track team velocity, sprint progress, and release milestones.
• Provide status reporting on KPIs, schedules, resources, and milestone delivery.
