Job summary

AF Group is seeking a Scrum Master to coach and facilitate an energetic agile team. You will serve as a liaison between the product delivery team, product manager and senior management to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of products and services to customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline required.
CSM or SSM certification is highly preferred.
Seven years of experience as a scrum master/agile project manager in an insurance environment.
Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Disciplined Agile, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
Ability to manage scrum backlog and priorities using agile tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Rally/Central Agile, Version1).

Responsibilities

Lead one or more agile teams as the Scrum Master.
Moderate sprint planning, daily standups, sprint demos and retrospectives.
Collaborate with Product Manager and Product Owner to maintain a robust backlog.
Coordinate cross-team dependencies and refine team metrics.
Escalate issues to executives as needed.
