Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Strong background supporting Agile delivery in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Project Managers to align sprint execution with delivery milestones and project commitments.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, and Retrospectives.
• Coach Agile teams in self-management, accountability, and continuous improvement.
