Job summary

Applicants should have 6+ years of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and Scrum Master certification is a plus. This role emphasizes servant leadership and continuous process improvement across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum) to maximize squad success.
• Coach Product Owner and squad to maintain a healthy backlog with refined user stories.
• Facilitate Scrum of Scrums to align priorities, dependencies and timelines.
• Coordinate movement of code between Development, Testing, UAT and Production environments.
• Provide role-based coaching and facilitate squad coaching sessions.
• Ensure transparent communications to stakeholders with concise progress updates.
