Qualifications

12+ years as Scrum Master, Agile PM, Delivery Manager or Program Manager.
Experience leading Cloud Transformation, AI/GenAI, and Digital Transformation programs.
Strong understanding of Azure/AWS cloud platforms and cloud-native architectures.
Experience managing AI/ML, GenAI, automation, analytics, and data-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams delivering Cloud, AI, and Digital Transformation initiatives.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and PI planning; coach teams and Product Owners on Agile best practices.
Drive delivery excellence, maturity, and governance across programs and application portfolios.
Coordinate enterprise business applications including ERP, CRM, and banking platforms; manage roadmaps and releases.
