Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in New Jersey seeks an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering business value. You will facilitate ceremonies, coach teams, remove impediments, and partner with Product Owners to keep the backlog aligned with priorities.

Responsibilities include monitoring metrics, driving continuous improvement, and supporting Agile transformation initiatives across the organization. A strong background in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe is essential.

Qualifications

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS, or related field.
10+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and Scrum values.
Remove obstacles impacting team productivity and sprint goals.
Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain the product backlog.
Support teams in achieving sprint objectives and delivering value.
Monitor sprint progress, velocity, and burndown charts; track metrics.
Foster transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to Scrum methodologies and Agile best practices.
Act as liaison between development teams, stakeholders, and management.
Drive Agile transformation initiatives and support organizational change.
Identify risks and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies.
