Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance requires eligibility/clearance path
• Proven Scrum Master capabilities with SAFe exposure
• PSM II certification would be advantageous
• AWS Cloud Practitioner certification beneficial
• Strong facilitation, leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as the ScrumMaster for one or more Agile teams, ensuring Scrum principles, SAFe practices, and Agile methodologies are followed.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Release Planning, and PI Planning.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define and maintain the backlog and user stories.
• Coach teams to foster collaboration, accountability, and a high-performing Agile culture.
• Remove impediments, manage dependencies, and drive delivery of sprint and program objectives.
• Maintain Jira, Confluence, and other Agile tools; provide transparency into progress.
• Develop and communicate Agile metrics and dashboards to leadership.
