Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Scrum Master and Agile Project Manager to guide two or more Agile delivery pods. You will coach teams to self-organize, deliver business value, and continuously improve Agile maturity, while facilitating ceremonies such as Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Qualifications

• Serve as Scrum Master and Agile Project Manager for two or more Agile delivery pods/ Scrum teams.
• Guide and coach teams to self-organize, deliver business value, and continuously improve Agile maturity.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Experience Owners, Product Owners, and stakeholders to align priorities, roadmap commitments, and delivery objectives.
• Support initiatives related to fraud claims, disputes, chargebacks, merchant credits, regulatory compliance, and others.
• Identify, manage, and remove team-level and cross-functional impediments, risks, and dependencies.
• Maintain delivery plans, project timelines, RAID logs, and status reporting to provide transparency to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure backlog items are appropriately refined, prioritized, and ready for development.
• Leverage Agile metrics and team performance data to drive continuous improvement and increase delivery predictability.
• Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution while promoting a collaborative and accountable team culture.
• Coordinate release planning, UAT activities, production readiness, and post-release monitoring across business and technology teams.
