Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager to guide two or more delivery pods in a fast-paced environment. You will coach teams to self-organize, foster continuous improvement, and ensure value delivery within sprint cycles.

Responsibilities include facilitating daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning and reviews; coordinating with Product Owners and stakeholders to align priorities and roadmaps; and removing impediments to improve

Qualifications

Certified Scrum Master or equivalent Agile certification.
Experience leading multiple Agile teams.
Strong facilitation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as Scrum Master and Agile PM for two or more teams.
Coach teams to self-organize, deliver value, and improve maturity.
Facilitate ceremonies: Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives.
Partner with Experience Owners, Product Owners, and stakeholders to align priorities and roadmaps.
Identify and remove impediments, risks, and dependencies.
Maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, and status reporting for leadership.
Ensure backlog items are refined and ready for development.
Use Agile metrics to improve delivery predictability.
Coordinate release planning, UAT, production readiness, and post-release monitoring.
Promote collaborative, accountable team culture.
