Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking a Scrum Master to lead our Agile teams and drive high-quality, on-time delivery of solutions. You will coach teams, partner with Product Owners, and remove impediments to maximize value and productivity.

The role requires a strong Agile mindset, change leadership capabilities, and experience guiding cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems with 5+ years experience, or 9+ years in lieu of degree.
• Strong grasp of agile and lean delivery concepts and history of applying to manage teams.
• Experience with change management and leading change initiatives.
• Ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Certified Scrum Master or other Agile PM certifications (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP).

Responsibilities

• Assess Scrum maturity and coach teams toward higher levels.
• Create a trusting, blame-free environment to raise issues.
• Ensure on-time delivery of scoped work and value.
• Lead sprint events and manage backlogs with stakeholders and Product Owner.
