Job summary

Constellation is seeking a Scrum Master to rapidly deliver reliable, innovative products and services with Agile teams that power the business and improve customer experience. You will build and lead high-performing Scrum teams, champion continuous improvement, and partner with stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions.

You will drive planning, remove impediments, and mentor the Product Owner to refine the backlog and deliver value in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems with 5-years experience, in lieu of degree 9-years experience.
• Solid grasp of agile and lean delivery concepts and methodologies.
• Knowledge of change management and implementing and leading change initiatives.
• Understanding of IT delivery techniques (DevOps).
• Ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Assess Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coach to higher levels.
• Build a trusting, safe environment where problems can be raised without blame.
• Enable the consistent delivery of value with on-time execution of work.
• Ensure Agile-related reporting is relevant, transparent and valuable.
• Mentor Product Owner on backlog refinement and MVP definition.
• Lead sprint planning, execution, impediment removal and retrospectives.
• Manage issues and risks; track progress using primary tools.
• Oversee Supply Chain Process implementation per guidelines and needs.
• Support and educate the Product Owner on backlog management.
• Coach team members to optimize efficiency.
