Job summary

Staffing Spot, Inc. in Dallas, Texas seeks an experienced Scrum Master to lead one or more Agile teams and drive Scrum adoption. You will facilitate ceremonies, coach teams toward self-management, and remove impediments to improve delivery velocity.

Collaborating with Product Owners and engineering leaders, you will champion data‑driven retrospectives, governance, and continuous improvement across the program.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments, with significant experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Scrum principles, Agile values, and Lean/Agile practices.
• Proven experience managing Agile delivery for complex, enterprise-level initiatives.
• Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams and ensure effective adoption of Scrum principles and practices.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Coach Scrum teams toward self-organization, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Identify, track, and remove impediments that impact team productivity and delivery.
• Partner closely with Product Owners to ensure effective backlog management, prioritization, and refinement.
• Track Sprint and release progress using Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, throughput, cycle time, and predictability.
• Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers and proactively communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration and dependency management in large-scale Agile environments.
• Coach Product Owners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders on Agile/Scrum practices.
• Support Agile transformation initiatives and contribute to improving organizational Agile maturity.
• Work with leadership to establish transparent delivery reporting and governance.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven retrospectives and improvement initiatives.
• Help teams manage scope, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
• Resolve conflicts and facilitate effective communication across technical and business teams.
• Support release planning and coordination across multiple teams where required.
• Mentor junior Scrum Masters and contribute to the organization's Agile Center of Excellence.

• Experience with dependency, risk, and impediment management.
• Ability to coach teams toward self‑management and continuous improvement.
• Strong problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
• SAFe, LeSS, or other scaled Agile framework experience.
• Experience in Agile transformation or enterprise Agile adoption.
• Experience mentoring Scrum Masters and leading Agile communities of practice.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar Agile tools.
• Experience working in technology, software development, banking, healthcare, telecom, or other enterprise environments.
