Job summary

Maximus is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to enable cross-functional technology delivery squads to produce consistent, high-quality value. You will coach agile practices, facilitate ceremonies, and help teams maintain focus on customer outcomes while managing risks, dependencies and delivery dashboards.

The role emphasizes DevOps, automation and responsible AI-enabled productivity, with a focus on sustaining healthy team flow and strategic planning across multiple squads.

Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master or equivalent agile delivery qualification.
• Agile coaching, Kanban, Lean, Product or DevOps certs desirable.
• SAFe or other scaled-delivery certs desirable.
• Equivalent experience in tech, digital, software engineering or product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach squads in agile principles and promote self-organisation.
• Identify and remove impediments, improve flow and predictability, coordinate dependencies.
• Mentor team members and stakeholders in agile practices and continuous improvement.
• Use delivery metrics to identify risks and provide meaningful dashboards and insights.
• Build relationships across technology and Maximus to plan and prioritise effectively.
• Promote DevOps, continuous delivery, automation and responsible AI-enabled productivity.
• Maintain delivery information in the platform as a single source of truth and escalate accordingly.
