Job summary

Stellarus is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to accelerate delivery of healthcare solutions by coaching and enabling Agile teams. You will lead Lean-Agile adoption, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment focused on technology and data-driven outcomes.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and scalability across teams, with opportunities for growth and impact in healthcare technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Project Manager, or delivery leader.
• Experience supporting multiple Agile teams or large-scale initiatives.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, and scaled delivery.
• Experience managing cross-team dependencies, delivery risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Demonstrated use of flow metrics and delivery analytics to improve outcomes.
• Experience coaching Product Owners, delivery teams, and stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, influence, and organizational change management skills.
• Experience in technology, platform engineering, DevOps, or product organizations.
• Certification: PSM II, A-CSM, CSP-SM, ICAgile, SAFe, or equivalent
