Job summary
Stellarus is seeking a Scrum Master to accelerate delivery of healthcare solutions by empowering Agile teams. You will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies, and remove obstacles to enable value delivery and continuous improvement.
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in Scrum/Agile delivery leadership, strong communication and stakeholder management, and familiarity with Jira and Lean-Agile practices. This role emphasizes leadership development and learning within a collaborative culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience requested.
- 5+ years of Scrum Master/Agile delivery leadership experience.
- Experience supporting Agile software development teams.
- Know-how of Scrum, Kanban, Lean and Agile delivery.
- Experience facilitating Agile events and coaching teams.
- Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder skills.
- Experience using Jira or similar Agile tools.
- Certifications such as CSM, PSM I/II, ICAgile, SAFe preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coach and enable Agile teams to adopt Lean-Agile practices.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove delivery obstacles.
- Drive continuous improvement and high performance.
- Support cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.
