Job summary
Stellarus, a healthcare technology company, is seeking a Scrum Master to accelerate the delivery of innovative solutions by empowering Agile teams to do their best work. As a coach, facilitator, and servant leader, you will help teams adopt Lean-Agile practices, remove obstacles, and drive continuous improvement to deliver value faster.

Qualifications
- Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus a minimum of 7 years as a Scrum Master or delivery leader.
- Supports multiple Agile teams or large-scale initiatives.
- Advanced knowledge of Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, and scaled delivery.
- Experience managing cross-team dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Uses flow metrics and delivery analytics to improve outcomes.
- Experience coaching Product Owners, delivery teams, and stakeholders.
- Strong facilitation, influence, and organizational change management skills.
Responsibilities
