Qualifications
- Requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Project Manager, or related delivery leadership role
- Experience supporting Agile software development teams
- Working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile delivery practices
- Experience facilitating Agile events and coaching delivery teams
- Strong communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using Agile delivery tools such as Jira or similar platforms
- Valid Certifications: CSM, PSM I/II, ICAgile, SAFe, or equivalent Agile certifications strongly preferred
