Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Project Manager, or related delivery leadership role.
• Experience supporting Agile software development teams.
• Working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile delivery practices.
• Experience facilitating Agile events and coaching delivery teams.
• Strong communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using Agile delivery tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
• Valid Certifications: CSM, PSM I/II, ICAgile, SAFe, or equivalent Agile certifications strongly preferred.
