Job summary

Caliber Smart in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to guide multiple Agile teams onsite and ensure adherence to Scrum principles, enabling continuous improvement and high software quality. You will partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to drive delivery excellence and cross‑team alignment.

The role emphasizes coaching, governance, and data‑driven improvements across sprints, with a focus on scalable Agile maturity and transparent reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in Agile environments with 2–3 years as Scrum Master
• Experience guiding multiple cross‑functional Agile teams and scaled environments
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in related field; CSM/PSM or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning
• Remove impediments and manage dependencies across teams
• Coach and mentor Agile teams and Product Owners on practices and a Definition of Ready/Done
• Promote Scrum and Agile adoption and transparency across teams
• Track metrics (velocity, burn-down, defect trends) and report progress to stakeholders
• Ensure quality and delivery excellence including test automation and clear acceptance criteria
