Excellent facilitation and coaching skills.

Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
Experience fostering continuous improvement and team maturity.

Responsibilities

Facilitate team and value stream ceremonies (stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
Identify and remove impediments that limit delivery flow.
Foster transparency, collaboration, accountability and psychological safety.
Enable effective work intake, refinement, and prioritization with TPMs and QA Leads.
Shield teams from unnecessary disruption while enabling stakeholder engagement.
Track Agile metrics (cycle time, WIP, throughput) to support learning.
Coordinate across teams to improve end-to-end delivery and reduce dependencies.
Partner with other Scrum Masters, TPMs, QA Leads, coaches, and leadership.
