You will coach teams toward higher Agile maturity, facilitate ceremonies, and collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to align priorities and roadmaps. This role emphasizes removal of impediments and ensuring consistent delivery performance.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as Scrum Master and Agile Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master and Agile Project Manager for two or more Agile delivery pods/ Scrum teams.
• Guide and coach teams to self-organize, deliver business value, and continuously improve Agile maturity.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives.
• Partner with Experience Owners, Product Owners, and stakeholders to align priorities, roadmap commitments, and delivery objectives.
