Judge Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile practices for Supply Chain Data initiatives in a large-scale enterprise.

You will serve as a servant leader, removing impediments and guiding multiple teams toward sustainable, value-driven delivery. You will collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to promote transparency, continuous improvement, and effective program execution across complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience serving as a Scrum Master within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Experience with Agile delivery teams in roles such as Software Development, QA, Product Ownership, BA, or Agile Coaching.
• Experience with Scrum and Kanban frameworks and SDLC practices.
• Facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, release planning).
• Coach and motivate teams to improve Agile maturity and delivery performance.
• Remove obstacles and address risks impacting timelines or quality.
• Partner with Product Owners for backlog refinement and planning.
• Foster psychological safety and collaboration within teams.
• Coordinate across multiple teams and programs for alignment.
• Monitor progress and communicate delivery metrics to leadership.
• Participate in Scrum of Scrums to resolve dependencies.
• Ensure adherence to Agile SDLC practices and team agreements.
• Promote transparency and continuous improvement across Supply Chain Data programs.
