Job summary

The successful candidate will drive ceremonies, collaboration with Product Owner and other Scrum Masters, and coordinate with PMO and technology teams to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes across the Supply Chain initiative.

Qualifications

• Experience as Scrum Master in a large-scale enterprise.
• Able to coach across PMO, tech, and business teams.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to guide multiple agile teams and maintain SDLC discipline.

Responsibilities

• Guide, coach and motivate the team to increase productivity.
• Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies.
• Oversee scope, timeline, quality, goals and deliverables aligned to business goals.
• Remove impediments and guide the team to remove impediments.
• Build a trusting environment with safe, blame-free collaboration and productive conflict resolution.
• Facilitate discussions, decisions, and progress reporting.
