Job summary

Judi Health is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to support development teams in applying agile practices and fostering continuous improvement. The role focuses on Scrum facilitation, coaching, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software within a hybrid work setup (NYC, Denver, CO or Charlotte, NC area).

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a Scrum Master role, experience with multiple agile frameworks, and a CSM or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years’ work experience in related field required.
• 3 years working in Scrum Master role or on a Scrum Team.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events and coach teams to self-organize and continuously improve.
• Design and lead retrospectives tailored to team needs.
• Conduct quarterly team health checks and maturity assessments.
• Guide teams in applying lean and agile principles to improve delivery.
• Foster collaboration between Scrum Teams and stakeholders.
• Mediate conflicts and support team dynamics to ensure a healthy team environment.
• Support onboarding and agile adoption for new team members and teams.
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
• Leverage empirical data to drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present sprint reports including velocity, capacity, and predictability metrics.
• Build and maintain workflows and automation to enhance team efficiency.
• Collaborate with product teams on backlog management and empirical planning.
• Assist in roadmap development and release forecasting using agile metrics.
