Job summary
ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is partnering with a leading financial services organization in Austin, seeking a Senior SCRUM Master to guide agile teams and ensure delivery.
You will facilitate ceremonies, protect the team from impediments, collaborate with product owners, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of agile leadership, CS M cert, and hands-on experience with Jira/Confluence to support large-scale projects.
Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master with 8+ years of experience in agile project management.
- Experience using Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and maintaining Scrum Boards.
- Thorough understanding of agile methodologies, values, and procedures.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Experience working on large-scale, technically complex projects, preferably in the financial industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate multiple scrum teams to ensure effective agile practices and project delivery.
- Organize and facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and demos.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize work and manage project dependencies.
- Identify risks and impediments early, and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Track team velocity, sprint progress, and maintain comprehensive process documentation.
