Job summary

Stellarus in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to accelerate the delivery of healthcare software by coaching Agile teams, removing impediments, and driving Lean-Agile practices. You will serve as a servant leader, enable collaboration, and drive continuous improvement across programs.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in Scrum Master/Agile roles, strong facilitation and change-management skills, and certifications such as PSM II or SAFe.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Project Manager, or delivery leader.
• Experience supporting multiple Agile teams or large-scale initiatives.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, and scaled delivery approaches.
• Experience managing cross-team dependencies, delivery risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Demonstrated use of flow metrics and delivery analytics to improve outcomes.
• Experience coaching Product Owners, delivery teams, and stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, influence, and organizational change management skills.
• Experience in technology, platform engineering, DevOps, or product organizations.
• Required certification: PSM II, A-CSM, CSP-SM, ICAgile, SAFe, or equivalent
