Job summary
Stellarus is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to accelerate delivery of healthcare solutions by coaching agile teams and removing obstacles. You will serve as a servant leader, enabling Lean-Agile practices and fostering collaboration across delivery streams.
You will coach Product Owners and teams, manage cross-team dependencies, and drive continuous improvement with flow metrics and delivery analytics. Location is San Diego; on-site role with growth opportunities across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus 7+ years as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, PM, or delivery lead.
- Experience supporting multiple Agile teams or large-scale initiatives.
- Advanced knowledge of Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, and scaled delivery methods.
- Experience managing cross-team risks, dependencies, and stakeholder comms.
- Use of flow metrics and delivery analytics to improve outcomes.
- Coaching Product Owners, delivery teams, and stakeholders.
- Strong facilitation, influence, and organizational change skills.
- Experience in tech, platform engineering, DevOps, or product orgs.
- Required certification: PSM II, A-CSM, CSP-SM, ICAgile, SAFe, or equivalent
