Job summary

CVS Health in Delaware, United States, is seeking a Manager, Scrum Master for a full-time, on-site role. You will facilitate Scrum events, remove impediments, support the Product Owner, and drive continuous improvement across teams.

You will coach Scrum Masters and Product Owners, manage budgets and resources based on velocity, plan work within timelines, refine backlogs, and forecast capacity for upcoming releases. A Bachelor's degree and 5–7+ years of experience are preferred; CSM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coaches scrum masters and product owners on agile principles, values, and best practices for project/product management.
• Develops the budgets and resource planning strategy with consideration for team velocity, historical data, and limitations.
• Determines the amount of work that can be completed within proposed projects timelines.
• Ensures risk assessments include risks identification, mitigation strategies, and contingency plans for scrum projects.
• Establishes scrum processes and procedures for backlog management, prioritization techniques, and user story refinement.
• Forecasts team capacity and delivery potential for future projects to set realistic expectations for product releases.
• Helps establish and implement a common language and framework for team collaboration.
• Improves team capacity and investigates potential bottlenecks to proactively address issues.
• Integrates adaptability, transparency, and customer collaboration into department processes.
