Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Scrum Master for Data & Analytics to strengthen Agile execution and Azure DevOps discipline. You will support two aligned teams, drive backlog readiness with Business Analysts, and establish robust QA gates to improve quality and delivery transparency.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of Agile experience including 3+ years as Scrum Master, with proven ability to coordinate multiple delivery teams and leverage Azure DevOps for reporting and governance across a data-focused

Overview

This role will provide dedicated Scrum Master support for Data & Analytics teams, with a focus on improving Agile execution, Azure DevOps discipline, delivery visibility, and team coordination.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support predictable sprint delivery across two aligned teams.
• Partner with the Business Analyst to ensure backlog readiness, clear acceptance criteria, and effective sprint intake.
• Own Azure DevOps setup, workflow consistency, dashboards, and delivery reporting.
• Establish QA gates and process standards to improve quality, reduce rework, and increase transparency.
• Remove blockers, manage cross-team dependencies, and elevate risks with mitigation options.
• Ideally looking for someone who has integrated Scrum from the ground up.

About You

• 7+ years of Agile experience, including 3+ years as a Scrum Master.
• Experience supporting multiple delivery teams in data engineering, analytics, or technology environments.
• Strong Azure DevOps experience, including boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.

Preferred Experience

• CSM, PSM, SAFe, Azure, or data-related certifications.
• Experience standing up Agile processes, QA gates, or governance practices.
