Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Scrum Master for Data & Analytics to strengthen Agile execution and Azure DevOps discipline. You will support two aligned teams, drive backlog readiness with Business Analysts, and establish robust QA gates to improve quality and delivery transparency.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of Agile experience including 3+ years as Scrum Master, with proven ability to coordinate multiple delivery teams and leverage Azure DevOps for reporting and governance across a data-focused

Qualifications

7+ years of Agile experience including 3+ years as Scrum Master.
Experience supporting multiple delivery teams in data engineering, analytics, or technology environments.
Strong Azure DevOps experience with boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support predictable sprint delivery across two aligned teams.
Partner with Business Analysts to ensure backlog readiness and clear acceptance criteria.
Own Azure DevOps setup, workflows, dashboards, and delivery reporting.
Establish QA gates and governance practices to improve quality and transparency.
Remove blockers and manage cross-team dependencies while elevating risks with mitigations.
