Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services in the United States is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to improve Agile execution for Data & Analytics teams. You will lead Scrum ceremonies, maintain backlog readiness, and own Azure DevOps dashboards to provide delivery visibility.

The role emphasizes eliminating blockers, coordinating across teams, and establishing QA gates to enhance quality and transparency. Relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Agile experience including 3+ years as Scrum Master.
• Experience supporting multiple delivery teams in data engineering, analytics, or technology environments.
• Strong Azure DevOps experience including boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.

Overview

This role will provide dedicated Scrum Master support for Data & Analytics teams, with a focus on improving Agile execution, Azure DevOps discipline, delivery visibility, and team coordination.

How you'll make an impact

• Ideally looking for someone who has integrated Scrum from the ground up.

About You

• 7+ years of Agile experience, including 3+ years as a Scrum Master.
• Experience supporting multiple delivery teams in data engineering, analytics, or technology environments.
• Strong Azure DevOps experience, including boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.

Preferred Experience

• CSM, PSM, SAFe, Azure, or data-related certifications.
• Experience standing up Agile processes, QA gates, or governance practices.
