Job summary

T-Rex Solutions seeks a fully cleared Scrum Coach for a program in the Fort Meade, Maryland area supporting the Intelligence Community. You will collaborate with Product Owners on SAFe ceremonies, analyze system requirements, and lead design and integration activities to ensure technical integrity of the work.

Responsibilities include preparing for PI planning, developing technical documentation, and coordinating with government stakeholders on systems engineering matters.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 12+ years general systems engineering experience OR
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/related field with 7+ years experience OR
• Master’s degree in Engineering/related field with 5+ years experience OR
• PhD in Engineering/related field with 3+ years experience
• Experience collaborating with Product Owner in SAFe/agile ceremonies (sprint reviews, I&A, PI planning)
• Active TS/SCI with FSP clearance is required

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners in SAFe/agile ceremonies such as sprint reviews, I&A, and PI planning
• Analyze requirements and develop system requirements/specifications; provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design and technology
• Develop system architecture/design documentation and planning artifacts; coordinate with government stakeholders for issues and decisions
