Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant life sciences field or an MS with industry experience.
• Fluency in spatial and single-cell computational concepts.
• Hands-on experience with major spatial platforms or ability to stand up complex platforms.
• Industry experience in biotech/pharma or core facilities.
• Preferably an individual contributor with strong data judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead computational analysis and interpretation of high‑dimensional spatial datasets.
• Analyze tumor microenvironment biology, including cellular composition and spatial organization.
• Develop analytical approaches for segmentation, deconvolution, and biomarkers.
• Translate data into hypotheses and actionable oncology insights.
• Collaborate with wet-lab scientists on experimental design and validation.
• Maintain reproducible computational workflows for spatial data.
• Collaborate across scientific, computational, engineering, product, and commercial teams.
• Engage with external collaborators and communicate complex findings.
