AbbVie is seeking a Senior Scientist I/II to join the siRNA group in the Biotherapeutics and Genetic Medicine (BGM) department. You will design and execute innovative experimental approaches to advance oligonucleotide therapeutics and siRNA delivery for extrahepatic pipelines, driving scientific innovation and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación
- Experience across in vitro and in vivo siRNA delivery studies.
- Expertise in siRNA therapeutics including design and delivery systems.
- Experience with siRNA and antibody-oligo-conjugates (AOCs) is desirable.
- Strong techniques in RNA biology and biomarker quantification.
Responsabilidades
- Lead cross-functional research to advance siRNA therapeutics development.
- Design and develop ex-hepatic siRNA delivery platforms for targeted delivery to tissues of interest.
- Conceive and execute proof-of-concept experiments to validate scientific hypotheses and address technical challenges with high-quality results.
- Develop in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo assays to assess siRNA candidates and delivery technologies in support of program objectives.
- Mentor and support junior scientists within the team.
