Merck & Co., Inc. in West Point, PA, seeks a Senior Scientist in Pharmacokinetics, Dynamics, Metabolism and Bioanalytics to advance LC/MS analyses of large molecules and peptides. You will develop and validate methods for antibodies and drug conjugates, while guiding automation-enabled workflows.

You will collaborate with PDMB experts in Boston, South San Francisco and West Point to identify and optimize candidates, leveraging HRMS and proteomic approaches in a fast-paced team environment.

Competenze

• Ph.D. with 0–3 years of relevant experience or Master’s with 6+ years or Bachelor’s with 10+ years in biochemistry, chemistry, pharmacology, pharmaceutical sciences, or related field.
• Demonstrated LC/MS method development and validation for macrocyclic peptides, monoclonal antibodies, and drug conjugates.
• Experience with chromatographic separations and MS for therapeutic proteins and peptides.
