Qualifications

• Demonstrated method development and validation experience with LC/MS for macrocyclic peptides, monoclonal antibodies and drug conjugates.
• Hands-on experience with chromatographic separation and MS methodologies for therapeutic proteins and peptides.
• Strong leadership, communication and collaboration to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Foster a team-based approach to research and synergistic collaboration across sites.

Responsibilities

• Independently design and execute LC-MS methods for antibodies, peptides, and conjugates on HRMS platforms.
• Provide leadership for automation-enabled discovery workflows to increase throughput and data generation.
• Characterize large molecule drug properties using in vitro matrices to support candidate selection.
• Collaborate with PDMB experts in Boston, South San Francisco and West Point to optimize drug candidates.
