Job summary

Yoh Life Sciences in Rosenberg, TX is seeking a Senior Scientist for Pharmaceutical Formulation & Process Development. This hands-on, individual-contributor role focuses on design and execution of formulation and process-development studies from lab scale through pilot, engineering, technology-transfer and manufacturing.

The candidate will have a PhD and at least seven years of pharma-development experience, with emphasis on QbD, DOE, scale-up, and regulatory-aligned projects.

Qualifications

• PhD required in a pharmaceutical science or related field.
• Minimum seven years of pharma-industry development experience.
• Hands-on formulation and process development experience required.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute formulation and process-development experiments.
• Develop and optimize finished drug-product formulations and manufacturing processes.
• Apply QbD and DOE to formulation and development efforts.
• Translate lab-scale work to pilot- and manufacturing-scale processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across R&D and manufacturing.
