Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 7+ years in academia or industry.
• Master’s degree with 5+ years experience is preferred.
• Ph.D. or equivalent advanced degree in life sciences with 2+ years experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop biomarker, pharmacodynamic and target engagement assays.
• Address drug mechanism of action and sensitivity/resistance using current and new techniques.
• Utilize flow cytometry and multiplexed assays for human blood biomarker development.
• Use ELISA, MSD, Luminex and other biomarker platforms.
• Explore in vitro oncology models to study drug combinations and indications.
• Apply functional genomics tools (CRISPR, RNAi, ORF) to characterize targets.
• Coordinate with project teams and CROs for study design and oversight.
• Co-author non-clinical pharmacology reports and publications as needed.
• Understand departmental goals and development processes.
• Execute experiments independently and interpret data.
• Communicate findings clearly via emails, meetings, and reports.
