Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. with extensive life sciences experience.
• 10+ years of leadership experience (Ph.D. path) or 12+ years (Masters) or 15+ years (Bachelor’s).
• Experience in translational pharmacology and neuroscience programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of scientists in translational pharmacology studies.
• Ensure scientific rigor and regulatory quality in study design and reporting.
• Set priorities, resource plans, and timelines for portfolio needs.
• Collaborate to integrate animal models to evaluate drug candidates.
