Qualifications

• 15+ years of biotech/pharma experience, preferably in cell/gene therapy.
• Experience leading analytical development functions and regulatory interactions.
• Hands-on development, qualification, and transfer of analytical methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical development strategy and roadmap for iPSC-derived cell therapy products.
• Manage staff, mentor teams, and coordinate with CDMOs and CTLs.
• Develop, transfer, and qualify analytical methods for GMP manufacturing.
