Job summary

Dualitas Therapeutics, based in South San Francisco, seeks a Senior Scientist, Biology to drive discovery and portfolio entry of novel bispecific antibodies through high-throughput cell-based assays. You will develop and execute in vitro assays, collaborate across biotherapeutics, automation, and computational biology teams, and contribute to IND-enabling programs.

The ideal candidate has extensive cell culture experience, hands-on assay development, and a strong immunology background.

Qualifications

• Extensive cell culture experience.
• Hands-on expertise with in vitro assay development including cell-based reporters, primary immune cells, flow cytometry, ELISA, and MSD.
• Proven ability to develop, optimize, and troubleshoot robust assay protocols.

Responsibilities

• Drive discovery and portfolio entry of novel bispecific antibodies through high-throughput screening in cell-based assays.
• Collaborate with biotherapeutics, automation, and computational biology teams.
• Contribute to IND-enabling programs with rigorous scientific analysis.
