Job summary

WuXi AppTec in Cranbury, NJ seeks a Senior Scientist I to oversee day-to-day team operations for DMPK non-GLP bioanalytical method development, qualification, sample analysis and reporting. You will coordinate complex method development studies and mentor scientists while serving as study director for sponsor projects.

The role involves leading by example, interpreting results, preparing reports, and ensuring safety and SOP compliance in a fast-paced lab environment.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master with relevant work experience in DMPK or bioanalysis.
• Expert in advanced analytical techniques and method development.
• Independent problem solving and scientific creativity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day team operations for DMPK non-GLP bioanalytical projects.
• Design, plan and execute complex method development studies.
• Train and mentor team members; supervise and review work.
• Serve as study director or project coordinator with sponsor contact.
• Write comprehensive reports and contribute to SOPs.
• Maintain safety and adherence to company policies.
